Our standard demo runs 30 minutes: we first listen to your workflow and priorities, then walk you through Opredo against your specific scenario. We recommend having your operations, finance, and IT stakeholders join together so every question is answered in a single session.
All customer data is stored in data centers located within Turkey, encrypted both in transit and at rest. Opredo is a registered data controller under KVKK; role-based access controls, audit logs, and on-request data export or deletion are provided as standard.
During business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 TRT), email and in-app requests receive a typical response within 2 hours. Critical-priority incidents are addressed within 1 hour including off-hours. Enterprise plans include contractually guaranteed response and resolution times.
We offer monthly or annual plans, VAT-inclusive or exclusive invoicing, bank transfer, and corporate credit card payments.
