1. General Information
This policy governs the delivery, refund and cancellation processes of the Opredo platform. Opredo is a SaaS (Software as a Service) offered by Elektromek Bilgi Teknolojileri Enerji İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
2. Delivery
Opredo is a digital service with no physical delivery. Upon payment confirmation, the user account is instantly activated and platform access is granted.
- Delivery method: Instant access via electronic environment
- Delivery time: Immediately upon payment confirmation
- The service is available 24/7 via internet access
- Users are notified in advance of planned maintenance
3. Digital Service Exception
Opredo is a digital service performed instantly in electronic environment. As per consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and services. Therefore, refund requests are not accepted after the service has been activated.
4. Free Trial Period
Opredo offers a free trial period for all plans. No charges are incurred during the trial period. If no payment is made after the trial period, the account is automatically restricted.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the service until the end of the period.
- No partial refunds are provided for remaining time after cancellation.
- Cancellation can be done through the platform or by emailing info@opredo.com.
6. Refund Conditions
Refund evaluation may be conducted in the following cases:
- If the service cannot be used at all due to a technical issue
- If the account cannot be activated within 24 hours after payment
- If double payment or incorrect amount is charged
7. Refund Process
You can initiate refund requests by emailing info@opredo.com. Refund requests are evaluated within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Due to bank processing times, the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
