2. Subject of Agreement
This agreement concerns the sale and delivery of Opredo SaaS (Software as a Service) platform purchased electronically from opredo.com, and determines the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Service Information
Opredo is a cloud-based business management platform. Service scope varies by selected plan. The service is delivered digitally with no physical delivery.
- Service type: SaaS (Software as a Service) — digital content and service
- Access: Via internet, through web browser
- Delivery: Instant access provided upon payment confirmation
4. Service Fee and Payment
Service fees are determined by the selected plan and payment period (monthly/annual). All prices include VAT. Payment is processed via iyzico secure payment infrastructure using credit or debit cards.
5. Delivery
Opredo is a digital service with no physical delivery. Upon payment confirmation, the user account is immediately activated and platform access is provided.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As per consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic environment and digital content. However, Opredo offers a free trial period for all plans. No charges are incurred during the trial period.
7. General Provisions
- By accepting this agreement, the Buyer declares that they have read and understood the service scope and conditions.
- Disputes shall be resolved by Ankara Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts.
- This agreement comes into effect upon the Buyer's confirmation of payment.
