1. General Provisions
These terms of service apply to your access to and use of the Opredo platform ("Platform"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Opredo is developed and operated by Elektromek Technology Inc. ("Company").
2. Service Description
Opredo is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides finance, CRM, inventory, invoicing, and service management services to businesses. The Platform is accessible via web browsers and runs on cloud-based infrastructure.
3. Account Creation and Security
- You must provide a valid email address and accurate identification information to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with third parties.
- If you detect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.
4. Terms of Use
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes
- Respect the rights and privacy of other users
- Refrain from actions that would compromise the security of the Platform
5. Payment and Subscription
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
- Annual payment provides 2 months of free usage.
- Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- Cancellation is effective until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all its content (software, design, text, graphics) are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of Platform content is prohibited. Ownership rights to data you enter on the Platform belong to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. No liability is accepted for interruptions caused by technical maintenance, updates, or force majeure. The Company's total liability shall not exceed your last 12 months of subscription fees.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms. In case of termination, you retain the right to export your data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction in disputes.
