Setting up and starting to use Opredo takes just a few steps. No complex installations, no lengthy training.

Create Your Account

After your beta application is approved, create your account using the link in the invitation email. Enter your company information and activate your admin account.

Sign up with email and password
Company name, industry and employee count
Two-factor authentication (optional but recommended)

Choose Your Modules

Select the modules that suit your business. Activate any of the Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Service or Invoicing modules based on your needs.

Move your existing data to Opredo. You can import via Excel, CSV or directly from your current software. Our support team is by your side throughout this process.

Can I import data from my current software?

Yes. We support Excel and CSV formats. Direct import guides from Paraşüt, Logo and Mikro are being prepared. Our support team assists during the import process.

Do I need technical knowledge for setup?

No. Opredo is fully cloud-based, requiring no server installation or technical infrastructure. A browser and internet connection is all you need.

How quickly can I train my team?

On average, 1-2 hours is enough for basic features. Your team adapts quickly with interactive guides and video tutorials.

Is my data safe during import?

Absolutely. All data transfers are protected with AES-256 encryption. Source files are deleted from our servers after import is complete.
